Lynda K. Weaver, M.S., C.V.E.
CVES President

Lynda has over 25 years experience in Vocational Evaluation and has been a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist since 1984.  Her professionalism combined with her passion for serving others led to her twice receiving the Arizona Vocational Evaluator of the Year Award as well as being listed in the National Distinguished Service Registry in recognition of distinguished service in medical and vocational rehabilitation.  Lynda's open and caring nature both on the job and in her personal life, combined with her education and experience in all areas of Vocational Evaluation, has resulted in her continued success with CVES, Inc.

David J. Weaver, Jr., M.S.

David has worked extensively on a referral basis with the VA, DES-VR, Social Security, Tohono O'odham Nation and Workers' Compensation.  His keen observation skills coupled with his attention to detail and years of experience in all facets of Vocational Evaluation have made him a favored choice for numerous presentations and workshops.  One of David's specialties are his one on one Independent Living Assessments conducted in the client's home. 

Donald R. Ross, Ed.D.

Donald Ross has over 30 years experience in the psychological and work potential assessments of individuals who have or are experiencing disabling or handicapping conditions that may pose a barrier to them reaching their potential.  He has been on the faculty of Auburn University and the University of Arizona.  He received his Psychologist License in 1974 and has worked with individuals from the Veterans Administration, DES-VR, DES-Jobs, Social Security Disability Applicants, Department of Corrections and injured workers who have suffered personal injury from non-work related accidents.  Donald has also worked with employers in their effort to define essential functions of their jobs and comply with the Americans with Disability Act.
